Guidelines for Submitting Artwork

If you are planning on having artwork/logo imprinted on your lanyards, here are a few tips that will help your order process through our system without any delays.

File Type

In order to provide you with quality artwork on your lanyards your artwork should be provided in one of the following formats: JPEG, JPG, GIF, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG, EPS, DOC, DOCX.

Resolution

We recommend your artwork/logo be at least 100 dpi.

Quality

Artwork/logos should be large and clear as low-quality images will produce pixilated and hazy results. Please also note that enlarging the original image will cause loss in quality.

Transparency

If your logo has certain portions that you want to show up as transparent, please mention that in the “Special Instructions” blank. If you have white in your logo, it will be considered transparent ONLY if you order white lanyards. If you have black in your logo, it will be considered transparent ONLY if you order black lanyards. We will not assume any other colors to be transparent unless stated in the “Special Instructions” blank.

Colors

If you specify that your lanyards will have a total of 1 imprint color then we will assume that your artwork/logo is the same PMS color as the one you specified for your font/text. The total imprint colors are calculated as follows:

• > Blue font/text color + Blue artwork = 1 imprint color
• > Blue font/text color + Red artwork color = 2 imprint colors
• > Blue font/text color + Blue and Red artwork colors = 2 imprint colors
• > Blue font/text color + Red and Yellow artwork colors = 3 imprint colors
