There are two ways you can order lanyards from us. You can place your order through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also place your order via telephone at 281-606-5667 between 9am-6pm CST.
We offer a variety of lanyards that can vary in material, color, and width. You may accessorize your lanyards with ID badge holders, clips, safety breakaway, plastic buckle release, and/or badge reels. Please check out our products page for more information.
The minimum order is 100 lanyards of the same color and graphic/text for polyester and tube and 500 lanyards of the same color and graphic/text for nylon and woven.
Tax will only be charged to those orders that are shipped to Texas. We accept the following formats: JPEG, JPG, GIF, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG, EPS, DOC, DOCX.
Yes. However, each color order must have minimum of 100 lanyards for polyester and tube and 500 for nylon and woven.
Safety breakaways provide a secure attachment that releases when tugged. This feature provides a way to remove the lanyard without having to pull it over your head for convenience and safety purposes.

Click Color to Enlarge If you would like to order lanyards in a color other than the ones listed, a fee of $ 40 per color will be added to orders under 3000 lanyards. If your order quantity for a single color is 3000 lanyards or greater, you may choose any color from the PMS color chart for your lanyard at NO additional cost. When placing an order for a color that is not listed, we suggest you call 281-606-5667 to place your order to ensure a smooth transaction. We offer the following fonts and colors. If you would like us to use your own font or font color please send us the font file and PMS color through our File Upload page or you can email us at sales@lowcostlanyards.com. Polyester, Tube, and Nylon: The prices indicated for these lanyards include 1 color for both the text and logo. Additional colors will cost .10 per lanyard per color. Woven: The prices indicated for woven lanyards include 1 color for both the text and logo. Since woven lanyards are stiched in layers, we can only include one color text and/or logo to ensure a high quality finish. We offer 7 different attachments that are free with your order of lanyards. We, also, offer 4 premium attachments that can be ordered with your lanyards for an additional $ 0.20-$ 0.22 per lanyard. Polyester, Nylon, and Tube lanyards take approximately 14-days or less from the day you place your order. Woven lanyards have a longer production time and may take up to 21-days from the day you place your order. Yes, we do offer rush shipping. Rush shipping will cut down your delivery time to 10-days or less. Rush shipping costs $ 75 per order.
We do offer digital proofs. You can email us at sales@lowcostlanyards.com requesting a proof or include the request in the special instructions while ordering. Please note that your order may be delayed 2-3 days if you request a proof. No, we do not charge for any setup.
