IN THE CASE OF REFUNDS RESULTING FROM LOWCOSTLANYARDS ERROR (SUCH AS INABILITY TO MEET RUSH PRODUTION AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION), LOWCOSTLANYARDS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE APPLICABLE ORDER.  REFUND AMOUNT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

BENEFICIARIES

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.

TRADEMARKS

You agree that all of Lowcostlanyards trademarks, trade names, service marks and other Lowcostlanyards.com logos or brand features (“Marks”), and product and service names are trademarks and the property of Lowcostlanyards. Without Lowcostlanyards prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner Lowcostlanyards’ Marks.

All third party trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and cannot be used without permission.
